FINALLY I got my ginormous clock up...
which doesn't look so ginormous on this big wall!
(since I was asked) The numbers are wood-I got them on ebay, and I put them up with glue dots.
The clock, I saw one on Pottery Barn (no face, arms swinging from this little center.)
They sold out.
I persisted.
Here at Chiasso, I found one-which is no longer available.
BUT they do have this one, with the numbers included for only $48!
(Though they don't say how big it is.)
It is worth a look, this store.
Lots of fun and modern.

A surprise birthday gift.

I was so excited, I let Jerry take pictures of me in the capris I slept in, wearing boots!

I laughed so hard my ribs hurt-BAD!
Jerry shook down the chocolate packet in the brownie mix-which broke open and strayed chocolate sauce ALL over the kitchen!!
It was a pain to clean, but SO funny!
It was even in his hair and on his glasses-an on my camera!!
I was laughing so hard, I couldn't get a non-blurry picture!! :)

Organized closets. I waited long enough! We have been moved in for over 3 weeks! We kinda got use to living out of bins, but these organized closets (I have more to do, but a GREAT start) make me happy!
Gabriel, he calls nice button up shirts his "handsome" shirts! Too cute.
When I showed them my progress, Gabriel ran up to the closet, and said, "My HANDSOME shirts! All in one place! Wow mom!" Beaming! I wish I had the camera for THAT!!

Just across the way, past the house down the way, while I sit on my computer, I can see this barn each day. It reminds me how close we are to "the country".... it reminds me of when WE use to live on an acreage. And it is just quiet and pretty.

Snow day!!
I admit it... I LOVE when it snows-and HARD! It is beautiful.
To me, there is nothing sadder than it being really cold with no snow.
It looks too dead in winter without it.
